HealthMinds Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Medical Writer to join our growing scientific communication team.
This role involves developing, reviewing, and annotating high-quality medical and scientific content across marketing, clinical, and regulatory formats. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific accuracy, compliance with MLR guidelines, and effective brand communication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and review content for emails, CLMs, websites, videos, webinars, slide decks, brochures, and eDetails
- Perform medical review and referencing/annotation on Veeva Vault PromoMats
- Provide intellectual input through literature search and client asset analysis
- Communicate complex clinical/scientific data in clear HCP, patient, and consumer formats
- Collaborate with creative and technology teams to deliver digital medical solutions
- Perform thorough QC of documents post-production
- Participate in client pitches, strategy meetings, and business development initiatives
- Mentor junior writers and ensure quality delivery for client engagement and growth.
Qualifications [Must Have]
- Proven experience in medical writing, scientific content, and MLR-reviewed deliverables
- Strong understanding of Veeva Vault PromoMats & regulatory submission workflows
- Experience across therapy areas (oncology, respiratory, cardiology, dermatology, vaccines, nephrology, rare diseases, infectious diseases)
- Ability to develop brand content across lifecycle stages
- Excellent English (written & verbal), analytical skills, and scientific methodology understanding
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
- Willingness to work in rotational US/UK shifts
