Job purpose

Use scientific expertise to develop high-quality, publication-ready scientific documents (manuscripts, posters, abstracts, presentations, brochures, infographics, e-modules, videos, etc.)

Duties and responsibilities

• Proficient in conducting thorough literature search to gather information on medical diseases/topics/treatments.
• Draft and edit scientific content by following appropriate guidelines and standards.
• Ensure information/data is presented in a clear, complete, accurate and concise manner.
• Basic understanding of statistics.
• Organize and maintain document repositories, ensuring version control and proper documentation of changes.
• Communicate effectively with team members to clarify requirements, address feedback, and meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated on advancements in medical research, writing techniques, and industry best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Uphold ethical standards in medical writing, including confidentiality, integrity, and avoidance of plagiarism.
• Excellent written and spoken English with reasonable creative writing skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS word, excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

• At least 2 to 6 years of medical writing experience, preferably within a medical communication agency writing environment.
• Fresher's can also apply.

Qualifications

UG: MBBS/BDS/B Pharm.

PG: MD/MDS/ M Pharm/ Pharm D/PhD in Medical field.
