We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Typist to join our healthcare team in Mathura. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately transcribing medical reports, patient records, and other healthcare-related documentation, ensuring confidentiality and precision at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Transcribe medical dictations, clinical notes, discharge summaries, and other healthcare documents.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness in medical documentation.
Maintain patient records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Review and edit drafts prepared by speech recognition software for accuracy.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for clarifications when required.
Manage timely submission of reports to support smooth hospital operations.
Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
Requirements
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (preferably with training in medical transcription/typing).
Proven experience as a medical typist or transcriptionist.
Proficiency in English typing (minimum 40 wpm with high accuracy).
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
Strong attention to detail, listening skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
Familiarity with MS Office and hospital information systems.
