Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Medical Tourism Facilitator & Business Development Associate who understands the medical tourism ecosystem and can build strong B2B partnerships with global medical tourism facilitators, agencies, and partners.
This role combines sales, partnerships, and ecosystem building within the medical tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and build partnerships with medical tourism facilitators and agencies globally
- Develop B2B partnerships to drive patient referrals to our medical stay platform
- Build long-term relationships with partners in the medical tourism ecosystem
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Generate inbound and outbound leads from medical tourism networks
- Convert partnerships into patient bookings and revenue
- Negotiate commercial agreements and referral structures
Industry Networking
- Leverage existing connections within the medical tourism industry
- Attend medical tourism events, forums, and online communities
- Expand The MettleX partner network across key international markets
Market Intelligence
- Track trends in international patient flows
- Identify opportunities for new partnerships and expansion
Required Qualifications
- Any graduate
- 24 years of experience as a Medical Tourism Facilitator
- Strong network within the medical tourism ecosystem
- Experience working with international patient coordinators, facilitators, or agencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
