This full-time, on-site role as a Medical Technologist is based in Noida. The role involves performing diagnostic and analytical procedures in the laboratory to support accurate and timely medical decisions. Responsibilities include maintaining laboratory equipment, adhering to quality control protocols, analyzing specimens, and collaborating with the medical team to ensure accurate test outcomes. The Medical Technologist will also contribute to maintaining compliance with laboratory safety and regulatory standards.

• Proficiency in Medical Technology and an in-depth understanding of Laboratory Medicine
• Strong Laboratory Skills, including specimen analysis and testing techniques
• Experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Control standards
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicine as it applies to laboratory processes
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Experience with laboratory information systems and familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements is advantageous
