Medical Superintendent

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Superintendent located in Kanpur Nagar. The Medical Superintendent will oversee daily medical operations, coordinate with various medical departments, manage patient care, and ensure the highest standards of medical services. Responsibilities include developing and implementing medical protocols, supervising healthcare staff, providing training, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Strong background in Medicine and Surgery
• Experience in Patient Care and Working with Physicians
• Proven ability in Training healthcare professionals
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Advanced degree in Medicine (MBBS, MD or equivalent)
• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within a hospital setting is preferred
