This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Superintendent located in Tirupati. The Medical Superintendent will oversee the hospital's daily clinical and administrative operations. The role also involves strategic planning, resource management, and fostering collaboration between departments to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong leadership and operational management skills for leading healthcare teams and managing hospital workflows
• Knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and hospital administration practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with medical professionals, administrative staff, and patients
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities within a healthcare setting
• Medical degree (MBBS) and relevant postgraduate qualifications; additional management certifications or training are a plus
