Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Study Abroad Counsellor and Backend Operations Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students who wish to pursue medical education abroad (MBBS/MD) and handling the associated backend operations including documentation, application processing, and student follow-ups.
- Key Responsibilities:Counselling (Front-End Responsibilities):Provide accurate and up-to-date information to students and parents regarding MBBS/medical courses abroad (Kyrgyzstan, Georgia)
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions in-person, over the phone, or via video conferencing.
- Assist students in selecting the right university and country based on their academic profile, preferences, and budget.
- Handle queries related to admissions, visa process, eligibility criteria, entrance exams (e.g. NEET), tuition fees, and accommodation.
- Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and webinars.
- Backend Process (Administrative & Operational Work)Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with partner universities and embassies for admission and visa procedures.
- Handle document verification, application submission, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely processing of offer letters, acceptance letters, and visa filing support.
- Support the marketing team with backend coordination for campaigns and events.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor&aposs degree (any discipline); education in healthcare, life sciences, or counselling is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Familiarity with overseas education processes, especially for medical studies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred Attributes:Previous experience in study abroad counselling or educational consulting.
- Knowledge of key destinations like Russia, Ukraine, Philippines, Georgia, Kazakhstan, etc.
- Ability to handle sensitive student data with confidentiality.
