This is a full-time on-site role. The Executive will be responsible for managing medical affairs, overseeing healthcare management, and participating in strategic planning. The role also involves conducting medical research and ensuring the implementation of best practices within the hospital. Daily tasks include coordinating with medical staff, managing patient care processes, and contributing to the development of medical policies.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with NABH standards through regular audits and quality management processes.
  • Conduct quality audits to identify areas of improvement in medical services delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective quality control measures to maintain high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure seamless integration of quality initiatives into daily operations.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality management principles, policies, and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master's in Healthcare Administration or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of BMC portal, NABH standards, and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
