Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and articulate Business Development Executive with a strong background in medical or healthcare-related sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging healthcare professionals, and driving the adoption of our Patient Management Software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in clinics, hospitals, and polyclinics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals
  • Present and demonstrate the Patient Management Software effectively
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on client needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in:
  • Medical Representative role OR
  • Healthcare / Medical Software Sales
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Ability to understand healthcare workflows and client needs
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS or healthcare IT solutions
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to deliver product demos confidently
