Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and articulate Business Development Executive with a strong background in medical or healthcare-related sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging healthcare professionals, and driving the adoption of our Patient Management Software.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in clinics, hospitals, and polyclinics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Present and demonstrate the Patient Management Software effectively
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Provide feedback to the product team based on client needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Medical Representative role OR
- Healthcare / Medical Software Sales
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Ability to understand healthcare workflows and client needs
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS or healthcare IT solutions
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to deliver product demos confidently
