Job Title: Medical Representative (MR)

Location / Territory

Ahmedabad

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Medical Representative (MR) to promote and generate demand for our diagnostic/healthcare products by building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.

Success in this role means consistently achieving sales targets, increasing product awareness among healthcare professionals, and maintaining long-term professional relationships. This role plays a key part in expanding the company's market presence and supporting overall business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Scientific Detailing: Promote innovative diagnostic products to Gynecologists, Hospitals, and Diagnostic Labs.

Sales Generation: Drive prescriptions and secure institutional orders to achieve monthly targets.

KOL Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Doctors and Lab owners.

Market Intelligence: Collect feedback and monitor competitor activities in the assigned territory.

Field Activities: Organize and support screening camps and product awareness session.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or any related field preferred
  • Graduate in any discipline with relevant pharma sales experience may also apply

Experience

  • 13 years of experience in Pharma / Healthcare / Medical Sales preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication and willingness for field work can apply

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license prefer
