Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Sales Representative Pediatric Division based in Chennai. The role involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical products specifically within the Pediatric segment to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring strong doctor coverage and regular field visits
- Generating prescriptions and achieving sales targets
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with pediatricians and healthcare providers
- Effectively communicating product knowledge and clinical benefits
- Identifying new business opportunities within the Pediatric segment
- Providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Staying updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product advancements
Qualifications & Experience- Minimum 12 years of experience in the Pediatric Division preferred
- At least 1+ year experience as a Medical Representative in the Pediatric Division
- Proven track record of strong doctor coverage and prescription generation
- Strong Medical Sales expertise with the ability to achieve targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Good knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to confidently present product details
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field preferred
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is an advantage
