Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Medical Representative. The Medical Representative will be responsible for maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting pharmaceutical products, providing product knowledge, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting customer-focused presentations, liaising with pharmacies, and ensuring product availability while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Medical Sales, including achieving targets and understanding sales strategies within the pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships with healthcare professionals and addressing customer needs effectively
• Knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to confidently promote products and provide accurate information
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to dynamic situations
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage
• Willingness to travel locally as required for the role
