Monitor sales activity via MIS reports and formulate rolling sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor stock inventories at hospitals and retail pharmacies; coordinate with Supply Chain and Central Warehouse to prevent stock-outs.
Ensure forecasting accuracy by driving feedback from the sales team and coordinating with marketing.
Communicate key marketing strategies to the team; conduct group/individual interactions to check understanding.
Monitor implementation of marketing initiatives and evaluate effectiveness/impact.
Establish and develop relationships with key customers to secure loyalty and advocacy.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities; formulate strategies to respond.
