We are seeking a motivated Medical Representative/Referral Marketing professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to promote pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct product presentations and provide information to medical professionals.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Attend conferences and workshops to promote products and maintain industry knowledge.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales activities and market conditions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or referral marketing is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
