We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers and institutions.
- Conduct product presentations and provide information on product benefits and usage.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Gather and report market intelligence and competitor analysis to the management.
- Attend medical conferences and seminars to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
