Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Representative at Cureva Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd., located in Bhilai. The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building and maintaining relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors. Day-to-day tasks include organizing meetings with potential clients, conducting presentations, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. The role also involves regularly monitoring sales performance and developing strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Medical Sales and a proven ability to develop and grow sales territories effectively.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build enduring professional relationships.
- Knowledge and understanding of Medicine and Pharmacy, with the ability to explain product benefits confidently.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or any equivalent field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
