Role Description

LIVF.Fertility is seeking a full-time Hospital Receptionist to join our team in Chennai. In this on-site role, you will greet patients, manage appointment scheduling, handle phone inquiries, maintain patient records, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations. You will act as the first point of contact for our patients, providing a welcoming and professional experience that reflects our commitment to personalized care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and management of calendars
• Strong understanding of Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills
• Experience with Receptionist Duties, including welcoming patients and managing inquiries
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology and procedures
• Knowledge of Medical Office systems and administrative processes
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Prior experience in a healthcare or medical setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
