We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to help us strengthen non-clinical operations and ensure consistent service quality across our centers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensuring good quality non-clinical services like infection, prevention, security etc.
- Ensuring that proper audits are happening at the center, audit checklists are in place & also ensuring that proper SOPS's are made for center operations.
- Ensuring proper process monitoring & control at the center.
- Promote, design, and implement improvements and innovations at the medical Center.
- Works to ensure that quality improvement and innovation work remain focused on one or more of the following goals: staff vitality, process efficiency and waste reduction, and safe and reliable applicant's care.
- Consults with administrative and medical staff Managers, center managers and critical committees as appropriate to finalize and advance the project goals.
- Effectively communicates improvements that are made to work teams, staff, and administrators throughout the centers.
- Ensuring every center has clean surroundings, a doctor's room, workstations etc.
- Periodical assessment of Medical Centre on quality check list and arrive at a score for the facility.
- Identification of gaps, develop action plans under the guidance of in- charge of the centers and monitor compliance.
- Ensuring that the medical Center meets all regulatory compliances such as BMW, Blood Bank/Storage license etc.
- Keep a record of non-functional equipment and timeline for its repair along with AMC for all equipment.
- To institute an effective grievance redressal system both for employees and the VISA applicants.
Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree
- Minimum 10 years of working experience
