Job Description:

Amura Health (amura.ai) is seeking a Medical Quality Analyst to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of medical advice and services. This role involves evaluating doctor-client interactions, monitoring compliance with SLAs, and generating performance reports to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Review: Assess medical advice provided by doctors for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to protocols.
  • Timeliness Monitoring: Ensure prompt responses within SLAs and escalate delays in responses or solutions.
  • Follow-up coordination: Track client progress for resolution and ensure effective doctor follow-ups.
  • Call Management: Verify scheduled doctor-client calls and manage effective communications for reschedules.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Evaluate doctor performance metrics and SLA compliance.
  • Process Improvement: Provide feedback to doctors on operational efficiency and collaborate on workflow enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Master's or Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Quality Management, or Public Health.
  • Preferred: Certification in Quality Management Systems (QMS) or related quality assurance courses.
  • Experience: Prior experience in healthcare quality assurance or hands-on use of patient management and quality monitoring systems is an advantage.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with a systematic approach to problem-solving, including data evaluation to identify compliance gaps and process inefficiencies.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in preparing concise reports on error identification and resolutions, with strong communication skills for coordinating with doctors and physician assistants.
  • Soft Skills: Possessing a client-first attitude with empathy, strong ethics, confidentiality adherence, and a high sense of accountability. A team player with problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and a keen interest in quality improvement.

Office Location: Chennai (ECR/OMR)

Work Timings: 12-hour shift, weekly one-off
