Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will drive franchise expansion, hospital partnerships, and revenue growth by building strategic relationships, activating referral networks, and achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage franchise partners in assigned territories
- Drive revenue through franchise performance, hospital tie-ups, and B2B partnerships
- Build and manage relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions
- Activate referral channels and conduct presentations, demos, and awareness sessions
- Generate leads through on-ground networking, medical outreach, and partnerships
- Train and support franchise partners on MAITYS services and sales processes
- Track KPIs, prepare regular reports, and ensure target achievement
Requirements
- 36 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Franchise, or Healthcare Partnerships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Existing healthcare or hospital network preferred
- Comfortable with field work, targets, CRM, and reporting tools
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field
