Job Description
Provide medical leadership for community health programs and outreach activities.
Show strong commitment and willingness to serve destitute and marginalized populations, including
those living on the streets.
Plan, organize, and implement health awareness programs and medical camps for underprivileged
communities.
Train, guide, and supervise the health team involved in community health interventions and ensure
quality service delivery.
Monitor program performance, health data, and analyze outcomes to improve program impact.
Build partnerships and collaborate with government departments, CSR donors, and other
stakeholders.
Oversee implementation of health programs and ensure effective coordination with partner
organizations.
Represent the organization in meetings, collaborations, and official engagements when required.
Ensure program growth, impact, and operational excellence.
Requirements
Demonstrated interest in public health and community-based healthcare initiatives.
Fluency in the local language of the city of application, along with proficiency in English and Hindi, is
mandatory.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Candidates possessing a personal laptop for official work will be given preference.
Interest and aptitude in health data collection, monitoring, and basic analysis.
Willingness to travel within the city, state, or across the country as required for program
implementation and organizational needs.
