Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Officer located in Ranchi. The Medical Officer will oversee patient care, provide medical expertise, and support surgeries where needed. The role involves coordinating with physicians, offering clinical guidance, and contributing to the training of healthcare staff. Additionally, the candidate will play an integral role in ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare within the organization's projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in clinical Medicine and Patient Care
• Experience in Surgery and collaborating with Physicians
• Skills in providing Training to healthcare teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams
• MBBS or equivalent medical degree is required; specialization is a plus
• Experience working in under-resourced or community healthcare settings is desirable
• Knowledge of public health initiatives or programs is beneficial
