Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Medical Officer, based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Medical Officer will manage patient care by diagnosing and treating medical conditions, coordinating with other physicians, and performing minor surgical procedures. The individual will also oversee the training of junior medical staff, ensure adherence to medical protocols, and maintain accurate patient records. Active participation in hospital rounds, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high standards of healthcare are key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge and expertise in Medicine and Patient Care
- Hands-on experience in Surgery and related medical procedures
- Skills in Training junior staff and effectively working with other Physicians in a collaborative setting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical medical practices
- Holder of a recognized medical degree (e.g., MBBS) with a valid medical license to practice in India
- Previous experience in a hospital setting is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage stress
