This contract-based role of Field Officer is fully remote and involves supporting on-ground operations in Uttar Pradesh. Responsibilities include regular data collection, monitoring field activities, coordinating with stakeholders, preparing relevant reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and policies. The Field Officer will play a crucial role in implementing company strategies and initiatives effectively, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Periodic travel within Uttar Pradesh may be required.

• Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills
• Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders and managing field operations
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with technology tools and basic software for reporting purposes
• Fluency in both Hindi and English
• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a relevant field; experience in similar roles in the IT, insurance, or healthcare sectors is a plus.
