Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a medical education marketing professional with strong experience in promoting healthcare, medical, or academic learning programs. The role combines strategic marketing, scientific communication, institutional outreach, and event-led engagement to support the India launch of a world-leading medical learning platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Medical Education Marketing

Create positioning and campaigns targeted at medical colleges, universities, hospitals, and healthcare academies.

Build full-funnel marketing plans: awareness interest institutional adoption.

Translate scientific/medical content into high-impact academic communication.

2. Institutional Communication

Draft professional communication for Deans, Professors, Directors of Medical Education, and Academic Committees.

Develop pitch decks, brochures, program one-pagers, orientation material, and academic briefs.

3. Digital Marketing

Manage targeted LinkedIn/Google outreach for academic leaders and medical faculty.

Build landing pages, email automation, and nurture journeys.

Interpret analytics and optimize for high-quality institutional leads.

4. Content Creation (Scientific + Educational)

Produce thought-leadership articles, case studies, program narratives, and institutional success stories.

Script faculty videos, webinar communication, and academic event content.

Write with accuracy, credibility, and scientific clarity.

5. Events & Medical Education Outreach

Support medical education roundtables, academic leadership conclaves, faculty sessions, and student launches.

Manage event collaterals, run-of-show, briefing notes, PR communication, and post-event reports.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with partnerships, sales, institutional relations, and academic teams.

Ensure communication consistency across teams and stakeholders.

7. Reporting & Process Management

Maintain dashboards, campaign trackers, and performance reports.

Manage the content repository and ensure version control, approvals, and documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

4 6 years in medical education marketing, scientific communication, EdTech (healthcare), or healthcare L&D.

Experience working with medical colleges, hospitals, faculty, medical students, or health sciences programs.

Strong written communication skills; ability to write academic/scientific content.

Hands-on experience in digital campaigns, institutional outreach, and academic events.

Understands the ecosystem of medical education, competency-based learning, faculty training, and curriculum models.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet high-quality global communication standards.
