What You Will Do

Medical Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead medical and scientific strategy across marquee healthcare brands and portfolios
  • Design end-to-end communication frameworks, messaging architectures, and medical narratives
  • Translate complex science into clear, credible, and compelling stories across channels and audiences
  • Ensure the highest standards of medical accuracy, ethics, and compliance

Deep Client Partnership

  • Act as a long-term strategic partner to global and regional client leadership teams
  • Advise on brand positioning, lifecycle strategies, launch excellence, and disease education
  • Represent Publicis Health as a senior medical voice in high-stakes client conversations

Brand & Business Impact

  • Shape medical strategy that drives brand differentiation, trust, and sustained growth
  • Influence decisions across marketing, medical affairs, patient engagement, and digital health

Who This Role Is For

You are a physician or doctor who:

  • Has 10+ years of experience in medicine, with exposure to pharmaceuticals, hospitals, or healthcare systems
  • Has worked within pharmaceutical companies, hospital ecosystems, or medical affairs environments (preferred)
  • Is intellectually curious, commands an editorial flair, strategically minded, and eager to influence healthcare beyond the clinic.
  • Enjoys simplifying complexity and shaping narratives grounded in science and empathy
  • Is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and global leadership teams
  • Seeks purpose-driven work with scale, visibility, and long-term impact
