Role Description:-

We are hiring a Medical Doctor (MBBS, MD) to be deployed at a partner multispeciality hospital in Chhattisgarh. This is a full-time, on-site clinical role involving patient care across ICU, IPD, OPD, and Emergency/Casualty services. The doctor will work as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team and will be responsible for delivering timely, ethical, and evidence-based medical care.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Diagnose, treat, and manage patients in ICU, emergency, and inpatient settings
• Handle acute and critical cases with prompt clinical decision-making
• Provide medical consultation in OPD and manage admitted patients
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate with nursing staff, paramedics, and consultants for integrated patient care
• Follow hospital protocols, clinical guidelines, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:-

• MBBS MD degree with valid Medical Council / NMC registration
• Experience in ICU, emergency, or hospital-based clinical care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based hospital environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work on-site in a Tier 2 / Tier 3 or rural hospital setting
• Commitment to ethical medical practice and patient-centered care
