Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Area Sales Executive / Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding Medprimes market presence across their assigned region through effective sales strategies, customer engagement, and business development initiatives. This role involves remote working with regional travel to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and promote our innovative microscopy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Drive sales of microscopes and diagnostic products within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Pathology Labs, Diagnostic Centers, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Universities, Agriculture Labs, FSL, and related industries.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with doctors and key stakeholders through planned visits or calls.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Execute marketing and promotional activities as directed by the NSC/NSM.
  • Maintain regular reporting on customer interactions, sales performance, and market feedback.
  • Manage area sales operations, collections, and customer complaints effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer and business relationships.
  • Understand product functionality and assist with troubleshooting when needed.
  • Submit weekly reports and sales updates to management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
  • MBA is preferred, especially for candidates applying for managerial roles.
  • Fresh MBA graduates with a strong interest in building a career in medical device sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 13 years of experience in medical device or diagnostic equipment sales will be given preference.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Self-driven, customer-centric, and highly target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
