- Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize target markets and segments for medical device sales.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to penetrate new markets and territories.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and participation in industry events and conferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales collateral, and campaigns to support business development efforts.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals and partnerships.
- Track sales performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements relevant to medical device sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service.
