Job Description

Join our Medical and Mobility team as a Business Development Associate (Fresher) , Executive (1-2 Years) and kick-start your career in the healthcare technology domain. You will support the sales and business development function in promoting advanced robotic physiotherapy and rehabilitation equipment to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare institutions.

This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B medical equipment sales, client interaction, and market development while working with innovative rehabilitation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identification of potential markets, hospitals, and healthcare institutions for business opportunities
  • Lead generation through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
  • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals
  • Understand client requirements and assist in suggesting suitable solutions
  • Maintain and update sales data, leads, and client interactions in CRM/tools
  • Work closely with senior sales team members for deal closures and client onboarding
  • Conduct basic market research on competitors and industry trends
  • Participate in field visits, client meetings, and industry events when required
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain positive client relationships
  • Be open to travel for client visits and field activities

Skills Required

Qualifications

  • B.Tech (Biomedical Engineering OR
  • MBA (Marketing / Healthcare Management / Sales) OR
  • Any relevant degree with strong interest in sales
