Mandatory Skills Description:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with medical device integration in healthcare environments.
- Strong understanding of bedside medical devices (vital signs monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, anesthesia machines, ECG/telemetry, smart beds).
- Proficiency in HL7 messaging (ADT, ORU, ORM) and flowsheet mappings.
- Experience supporting real-time clinical workflows and device-to-EHR data exchange.
