Position Overview:

At HexaHealth, we are hiring an Executive – Medical Coordinator to manage patient interactions as part of our partnership with Narayana Health. This is a call-center based role involving both inbound and outbound calls, where you will guide patients through their surgical journey.

The role covers two segments:

High-End Surgeries: Cases like cardiac (bypass), cancer, etc.

Post-Op / OPD Conversions: Follow-ups and converting consultations into surgeries.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact, guiding patients through their treatment journey with clear and empathetic communication.

Consultation Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, diagnostics, and hospital visits with doctors and facilities under Narayana Health.

Medical Case Handling: Understand patient requirements and align them with the appropriate department, doctor, or treatment plan.

Pre & Post-Surgery Support: Assist with pre-surgery preparations and ensure timely post-operative follow-ups and care coordination.

Inbound & Outbound Calls: Manage patient interactions for follow-ups, updates, and overall case coordination.

CRM & Coordination: Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with hospital teams and internal stakeholders for seamless case management.

Skills we seek:

Communication & Patient Handling: Strong verbal skills with a patient-first, empathetic approach.

Coordination & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple cases, schedules, and follow-ups efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Medical & Tech Understanding: Familiarity with medical terminology along with comfort using CRM tools and systems.
