Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Medical Coding Trainer. The Medical Coding Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on medical coding, guiding students through coding practices, and preparing them for certifications. The role also involves creating training materials and conducting assessments to monitor students progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Coding and proficiency in Medical Terminology
• Knowledge of Health Information Management and RHIT certification
• Coding Experience in various healthcare environments
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous training or teaching experience is a plus
