Medical Coding Trainer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Coding Trainer, based in Hyderabad. The Medical Coding Trainer will conduct training sessions, create and update training materials, and mentor students in medical coding practices. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to industry standards, implementing practical mock sessions, monitoring trainee performance, and providing feedback for improvement. The trainer will also stay updated on coding guidelines and industry requirements.

• Proficiency in Medical Coding, ICD-10 CM, CPT, and HCPCS, with an understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Strong skills in Training and Facilitation, with the ability to create and deliver effective training materials.
• Attention to detail and expertise in Compliance and Documentation standards.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for mentoring and guiding students effectively.
• Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in an on-site team environment.
• Prior experience as a medical coding trainer or in a similar role, as well as knowledge of clinical research processes, is a plus.
