Key Requirements:
Mandatory experience in Home Health domain
Hands-on experience with OASIS Data Tool
BCHH Certification is mandatory
Strong understanding of quality audits, compliance, and documentation
Good communication and analytical skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform quality checks on Home Health documentation and processes
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines
Work closely with operations team to improve quality metrics
Identify gaps and provide actionable feedback
Selection Process:
One round of Virtual Interview + Assessment
