Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage delivery teams in healthcare operations (Surgery & EM preferred)
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure timely delivery of services
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients
- Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Handle escalations and provide effective resolutions
- Train, mentor, and guide team members
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and organizational goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in healthcare delivery/operations
- Prior experience as a Team Lead (on paper preferred)
- Strong knowledge in Surgery and Emergency Medicine (good to have)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and critical situations
- Any relevant certification in healthcare or operations is an added advantage
