Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Medical Coder. The Medical Coder will be responsible for analyzing medical records, assigning standard codes using medical classification systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate documentation. The role includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, coding systems, and regulatory requirements to support efficient and accurate revenue cycle management processes.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of medical coding, medical terminology, and Health Information Management (HIM)
• Proven experience with medical coding and coding accuracy
• Possession of or eligibility for RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) certification
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in health information, medical coding, or a related field is preferred
