Job Description: Medical Auditor (CPG) Freshers

We are looking for detail-oriented MBBS graduates to join our team as Medical Auditors. This role focuses on performing Clinical Practice Guideline (CPG) audits across our Business Health (BH) units to ensure the highest standards of clinical compliance and patient care.

As a fresher, you will undergo specialized training led by our senior resources to transition your clinical knowledge into the field of medical auditing.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Performance: Conduct systematic reviews of medical cases and clinical records against established CPG standards for BH units.

Data Analysis: Evaluate medical documentation to ensure clinical protocols are followed accurately.

Quality Reporting: Document findings and identify gaps in clinical area requirements.

Continuous Learning: Participate in intensive training programs to master BH-specific CPG audit methodologies.

Requirements

Education: MBBS degree is mandatory. (Candidates with or without a license/registration are welcome to apply).

Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply; we provide the necessary molding and training.

Clinical Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of general medicine and clinical procedures.

Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex medical records and clinical data.

Communication: Proficiency in documenting technical findings clearly and concisely.
