Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for all campaign-related activities.
  • Understand client briefs, brand objectives, and marketing goals to develop effective campaign strategies.
  • Coordinate with creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign requirements.

  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring smooth communication and project coordination.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support sales initiatives to expand client partnerships.
  • Monitor campaign progress and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Provide accurate reports, forecasts, and insights related to campaign performance and sales growth.
  • Ensure consistency in client service practices and sales procedures across projects.
