About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Media Sales Manager to drive ad sales for the Delhi market. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of strong experience across TV, Print, and Digital ad sales, along with hands-on exposure to DAVP/CBC empanelment, processes, and government advertising. The role requires a strategic, network-driven professional with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage media ad sales operations for the Delhi region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies across TV, Print, and Digital platforms to meet revenue objectives.
  • Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, government bodies, and brand partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiations, closures, and coordination.
  • Handle DAVP/CBC-related activities, including understanding government ad policies, rates, tenders, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build customized media solutions for clients.
  • Track market trends, competitor movements, and client requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare business reports, revenue forecasts, and management presentations.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales representatives to improve sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in media ad sales across TV, Print, and Digital.
  • Strong understanding and working experience with DAVP/CBC advertising and government ad processes.
  • Well-established network within Delhi's advertising ecosystem, including agencies and government departments.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and achieving/exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle large accounts, lead teams, and drive strategic sales initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.
