1. Position Summary

The Media Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by aggressively identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in the digital marketing space. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of digital media strategies (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing) and the ability to consultatively sell customized digital solutions to clients across various industries.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Sales Strategy and Revenue Generation

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for digital marketing services.

Consultative Selling: Analyze prospective clients business goals and marketing challenges to develop and present bespoke digital strategies and solutions (not just products).

Pipeline Management: Proactively manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial cold outreach and qualification through to contract negotiation and closing using the company CRM.

Proposal Development: Create high-quality, persuasive proposals and media plans that clearly articulate the value and ROI of Leadraft's services.

B. Digital Media Expertise & Knowledge

Maintain expert knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including current trends, platform updates (Google, Meta, etc.), and competitor offerings.

Fluently communicate the technical details and expected outcomes of services such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Media (PPC/SEM), Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Content Strategy.

C. Client Relationship Management

Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Heads, Business Owners).

Ensure a seamless handover of closed accounts to the Account Management and Operations teams, providing clear documentation of client objectives and sold scope.

Act as a high-level point of contact during the sales cycle, ensuring client satisfaction and confidence in Leadraft's capabilities.

3. Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 years of proven, direct sales experience, with at least 2 years selling digital marketing services (agency experience is highly preferred).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills: Demonstrated ability to understand digital analytics and performance metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR) and translate them into a compelling sales narrative.
