About the Role:

We are looking for driven Media Sales professionals to join our growing digital monetization team. The role involves selling high-impact digital ad inventory across some of India's leading content platforms in Healthcare, Auto, and Tech.

You'll work closely with brands and media agencies to create custom media solutions that drive visibility, engagement, and results.

Platforms You'll Be Selling For:

You will represent premium digital properties such as:

- Practo - India's leading healthcare platform

- 91Wheels - A top auto discovery and research platform

- Smartprix - One of India's most trusted tech & product comparison platforms

Together, these platforms reach millions of high-intent users every month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell digital advertising solutions across web, app, and integrated media formats

- Build and manage strong relationships with media agencies and brand teams

- Understand client objectives and create custom media plans & proposals

- Drive end-to-end sales cycles - pitching, negotiation, follow-ups, and closures

- Coordinate internally with planning, ops, and content teams for smooth execution

- Maintain accurate reporting on pipelines, deals, and campaign performance

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years of experience in Digital Ad Sales / Media Sales

- Strong understanding of digital advertising jargon (CPM, CPC, ROAS, reach, etc.)

- Experience in media planning and proposal creation

- Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated, ownership-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setup

- Existing agency relationships will be a strong advantage
