Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in building a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with outbound prospecting and engaging with potential clients.

Preferred Candidate: Female
Joining: Immediate or within 1520 days

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential prospects and target accounts.

  • Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and conversations in the CRM system.

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies.

  • Consistently meet lead generation and meeting scheduling targets.

Requirements

  • 24 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
  • Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • Self-motivated with a strong interest in sales and business growth.
