Role: Media Agency Sales Lead
Regions: India, Southeast Asia, Middle East & North Africa
Experience: 5–12 years in digital advertising, programmatic, media sales, or agency partnerships
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy across India, SE Asia, and MENA
- Build strong relationships with media agencies, trading desks, and brand teams
- Drive adoption of our digital ad solutions, AI-driven products, and programmatic offerings
- Identify new revenue opportunities and manage the full sales pipeline
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to strengthen market penetration
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in media sales, programmatic, ad tech, or platform partnerships
- Existing relationships within agencies such as GroupM, Publicis, Dentsu, IPG, Havas, Omnicom, etc.
- Strong understanding of RTB, performance marketing, retail media, AI-driven ad products, or related domains
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with regional clients
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
