Job Description

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to help expand our media business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting revenue growth

Location: Baner, Pune
Preferred Candidate: Female
Joining: Immediate or within 1520 days

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients within target markets.

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.

  • Conduct calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to introduce company offerings.

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.

  • Maintain prospect and pipeline information in CRM systems.

  • Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients.

  • Support business development initiatives and market research.

Requirements

  • 24 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships.
