Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Media Producer to lead our creative squad and

drive the execution of high-impact marketing materials. In this hybrid leadership and production

role, you will act as the crucial bridge between our Media function and Category teams. You will

drive agile workflows as a Scrum Master, manage a talented team of creatives, and oversee the

strategic delivery of PPC, Social Media, and In-App content.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Agile Management

• Squad Leadership: Oversee the media team, serving as the direct or dotted-line reporting

manager for all talents within the squad, including Associate Media Producers.

• Agile Facilitation: Act as the Scrum Master for the squad. Lead the sprint planning process,

daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth, continuous delivery.

Category Strategy & Stakeholder Management

•Single Point of Contact (POC): Serve as the primary liaison between your assigned category

and the wider Media function.

• Marketing Ownership: Take full responsibility for the PPC, Social Media, and In-App creative

requirements for either a single Large Category (LC) or a Small Category Cluster (SCC).

Relationship Building: Build and maintain a strong, collaborative rapport with category teams

and key stakeholders.

• Content Ideation & Production

• Creative Collaboration: Coordinate directly with the Category team to brainstorm, ideate, and

produce compelling content and performance-driven marketing materials.

Resource Management: Effectively manage internal talents and external resources—including

sourcing and directing freelancers—to guarantee high-quality and timely project delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

Educational Background: A degree or strong background in Visual Communication (VisCom)

or a closely related field is necessary.

Language Skills: Exceptional ability to speak, read, and write in Tamil, alongside professional

fluency in English.

Location: Must be willing to work from our Coimbatore office.

Experience: Proven background in media production, (specifically marketing videos), and

creative project management.

Leadership & Agile: Demonstrated experience leading creative teams and acting as a Scrum

Master for sprint planning.

Vendor Management: Experience onboarding and managing external freelancers and

production resources.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to

manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
