About the RoleWe're looking for a Media & Outreach Manager to work directly with the Founder and help execute high-impact outreach across media, podcasts, influencers, and strategic collaborators.
This role is about research outreach follow-up coordination. You will be the person who ensures the Founder's ideas turn into real conversations, coverage, and partnerships.
This is not a content-posting or social media manager role. It's an execution-heavy, communication-focused role with real responsibility.
Key ResponsibilitiesMedia & PR Outreach
- Research relevant media outlets, podcasts, newsletters, and online publications
- Identify journalists, editors, hosts, and contributors
- Find accurate contact details (email, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.)
- Draft and send professional outreach messages for interviews, features, and guest appearances
- Track responses, follow-ups, and outcomes
Influencer & Collaboration Outreach
- Identify relevant influencers, founders, and creators aligned with our brands
- Reach out for collaborations, interviews, partnerships, and content swaps
- Coordinate calls, meetings, and timelines with the Founder
- Maintain relationship records and follow-ups
Founder Support & Execution
- Convert Founder's ideas into clear execution tasks
- Manage outreach pipelines using simple tools (Google Sheets / Notion / CRM)
- Handle follow-ups so opportunities don't drop
- Prepare brief summaries before and after meetings
Messaging & Optimization
- Improve outreach messages based on response rates
- Help refine positioning and targeting
- Share insights on what messaging works best

- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-ups
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, podcasts, newsletters, and creator platforms
- Notion, Google Sheets, CRM tools
