Job Title: Media Manager Paid Media & Performance Marketing

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 8+ Years

Budget: 1215 LPA

Alternative Saturday Working company 5.5 day work from office.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Media Manager with deep expertise in Paid Media and Performance Marketing, particularly in Google Ads. The ideal candidate will not only drive campaign performance but also effectively communicate strategies and results to clients, ensuring long-term relationship building and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (primarily Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max)

Drive performance marketing initiatives focused on ROI, CPA, ROAS, and lead generation

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis

Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize efficiency and performance

Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and implement data-driven improvements

Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives

Prepare detailed performance reports and present campaign insights to clients

Lead client discussions, explain strategies, and ensure alignment with business goals

Build strong client relationships and drive client retention through effective communication and results

Monitor trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing

Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, analytics)

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in paid media / performance marketing

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and delivering ROI

Expertise in analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager

Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel optimization

Experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Client-facing experience with the ability to confidently present strategies and performance reports

Well-presentable and professional demeanor for client interactions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with other platforms like Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads is a plus

Certification in Google Ads or Analytics

Experience working in fast-paced or agency environments
