The Role
We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage social media, butbuilds narratives, drives culture, and understands virality at a deep level.
You'll own our social presence end-to-endfrom strategy to execution to performance, acrossInstagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute thesocial media strategyacross all platforms
- Turn podcast episodes, founder insights, and moments intohigh-performing content
- Build adistinct voice & identityfor Humans Of Hustle
- Drivegrowth, engagement, and retentionthrough content innovation
- Work closely with video editors, designers, and founders to ship fast, relevant content
- Identify trends early and translate them intoon-brand, high-reach formats
- Analyze performance and continuously optimize forreach, saves, shares, and watch time
- Build and nurture a strongfounder-first community
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experiencemanaging and scaling social media for brands/media platforms
- Strong instinct forwhat works on the internet(not just what looks good)
- Proven track record ofgrowing pages / creating viral content
- Deep understanding ofInstagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms
- Ability to think incontent formats, hooks, and storytellingnot just posts
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense ofbrand and aesthetics
- Fast, proactive, and comfortable in ahigh-ownership environment
Bonus Points
- Experience inpodcast/content-led brands
- Strong understanding of theIndian startup ecosystem
- Comfortable being on camera or directing shoots
